The three day conference program included:

- Ms Jan Owen AM, Chief Executive Officer, Foundation for Young Australians (FYA) followed by a fantastic discussion panel with seven young Australians - Chris Raine, Kumari Middleton, Tim Kenworthy, Elliot Costello, Tom OConnor, Dawn Mlotshwa & Ehon Chan. - 55 presentations and 17 workshops featured throughout the program
- Casual Drinks and Registration on the Sunday night before the Conference officially opened. This was a great opportunity to network.
- Welcome Reception after the first day's proceedings on Monday night.
- Conference Dinner on Tuesday. Congratulations to the winners of our table decoration competition for their amazing 'Meals On Wheels' display. Photos are available on the VA facebook page and Pro Bono's flickr page
- Corporate breakfast hosted by London Benchmarking Group (LBG) and VA providing an opportunity for corporate representatives to network and hear about the developments and tools that LBG are developing.
- Networking opportunities at the lunch breaks each day - themed by state, sector and occupation
- Strong Twitter conversation using the hash tag #volaus11 and #IYVplus10. Check out the How to 'Twitter Guide' Over the 3-days of the conference we had over 1,000 tweets!
Delegates all received a copy of the Conference Workbook which is full on information on the conference, including information and abstracts on all keynote speakers, presentation and workshops featured in the program. They also received the conference proceedings on a USB to take home.
