Volunteering Australia responds to Productivity Commission’s inquiry on Reforms to Human Services
Volunteering Australia have provided a letter of endorsement of the Community Council for Australia (CCA) submission to the Productivity Commission Inquiry into Introducing Competition and Informed User Choice Into Human Services.
The submission responds to the Commission’s draft report, emphasising the need to clarify the goals of human services, service provision, performance and outcomes. It also identifies the issues of market-based ideology to human services.
This response has been prepared in coordination with CCA members and other organisations from the not-for-profit sector, including Volunteering Australia.
