The lead-up to National Volunteer Week can be very busy. Email is our preferred method of communication. We can be contacted via shop@volunteeringaustralia.org

Do you have National Volunteer Week resources (certificates, posters, logos)?

Yes. Volunteering Australia has National Volunteer Week resources available including logos, certificates, posters and social media tiles. You can find these on the website.

What payment options do you have available for purchasing items from your online shop?

Merchandise is available for purchase through our online shop using a debit/credit card payment.

Do you offer invoicing?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer invoicing for the sale of merchandise. All orders need to be made via the online shop using a debit/credit card.

Do you provide a tax invoice receipt?

Yes, a transaction receipt is sent from eway automatically at the time of your order. A tax invoice receipt is sent from xero usually within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. If I order merchandise today when could I expect delivery?

All orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 business days from receiving the order. Orders are dispatched from Victoria via Australia Post. Please check the Australia Post website for delivery times.

If you are ordering for National Volunteer Week, or another event, we encourage you to place your order as early as possible to ensure delivery in time.

I haven’t received part of my order. When should it arrive? Is there a mistake?

My product is faulty. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us at shop@volunteeringaustralia.org and we will arrange a replacement where possible, or a refund.

What is the return or exchange policy?
