National Student Volunteer Week (NSVW) celebrates the passion, commitment and impact of students and young people who give their time to make a difference.
Held from 4 to 10 August 2025, this year’s theme, Powered by Purpose, recognises the values and motivations that drive young people to take action in their communities.
Student volunteering is more than giving back. It’s about building connection, confidence, and a sense of purpose. Through volunteering, young people develop leadership and empathy, strengthen community ties, and grow into changemakers for the future.
