Nineteen year old, Molly Croft, volunteers with Kids with Cancer Foundation, is co-founder of The Tie Dye Project and is an ambassador for Stand Tall.

The impact of Molly’s voluntary work is deeply personal, especially for families who have lost a child to cancer, those currently navigating treatment, and those who may one day face a diagnosis. Molly turned pain into purpose after being diagnosed at 12 with a rare form of aggressive bone cancer, enduring treatment that removed most of the bone in one leg and part of a lung.

Molly’s work provides something that is often missing in these journeys, an understanding, some hope, and a sense of connection to someone who truly understands the journey.

Molly volunteers her time, sharing her story to shine a light on the broader issues facing children and young people, especially those with cancer. She has given her time to raise over $2 million for children’s charities. Her words are raw, real, and deeply inspiring, connecting with audiences of all ages.

Molly doesn’t just talk about hope, she is hope in action. Molly is also the cofounder of The Tie Dye Project with Amy Parmenter, an Australian Netballer, whom she met while in hospital. Together they have raised over $1 million for cancer research and family support. Molly is also an ambassador for Stand Tall, a national mental health charity, speaking at events across Sydney and regional NSW.

Molly has been recognised as a State Volunteer of the Year recipient and is a nominee for the inaugural Australian Volunteer of the Year Award.

Their contribution reflects the impact of volunteering in their community and across Australia.
